By accessing and using the services provided by Mythlane, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

• Services: Refers to the website, Discord community, game server, and all related features and content provided by Mythlane
• User / You: Any person who accesses or uses our services
• User Content: Any content, including text, images, videos, or other materials that you submit or post through our services
• Account: Your registered user account on our platform

3. Description of Services

Mythlane provides the following services:

• Community website with information about our Hytale server and blog content
• Discord server for community interaction and server announcements
• Hytale game server (launching January 13, 2026) with custom features, quests, and community events
• User-generated content features including builder labs, quest submissions, and community feedback

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

5. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Information Accuracy

You agree to provide truthful information and not to impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Engaging in any illegal activities or promoting illegal conduct
• Distributing spam, unsolicited messages, or excessive promotional content
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of our services
• Violating the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
• Exploiting or harming minors in any way
• Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of our services
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with our services without authorization
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account or any in-game items for real money outside of authorized channels

7. User Content

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content that you submit, post, or display through our services. However, you are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

License to Use Your Content

By submitting content to our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with our services. This license is necessary for us to operate and improve our services.

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or that encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or violate any law. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We comply with the EU Digital Services Act and will take appropriate action on reported content.

9. Termination

We may suspend, disable, or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability for Services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythlane and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mythlane and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website or through other communication channels. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
