General Conditions of Sale for Mythlane products and services
1. Scope and Application
These General Conditions of Sale ("GCS" or "Terms of Sale") govern all sales of products and services offered by Mythlane through our website and platforms. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these conditions without reservation.

3. Products and Services
Mythlane may offer digital products and services related to the Hytale game server, including but not limited to: server access, premium features, cosmetic items, and virtual currency. All products and services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
Important Note: As of the effective date of these terms, no paid products or services are currently available for purchase. These Terms of Sale will apply when e-commerce features are implemented. We will notify users when purchasing becomes available.
4. Pricing and Payment
Price Display
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include all applicable taxes (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Prices are clearly indicated for each product or service at the time of purchase.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. However, the prices applicable to your order are those displayed at the time you confirm your purchase. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Orders and Purchase Process
Order Process
To complete a purchase, you must follow these steps:
- Select the product(s) or service(s) you wish to purchase
- Review your order details and total price (including taxes)
- Accept these General Conditions of Sale by checking the required checkbox
- Complete payment using an available payment method
- Receive order confirmation by email
Order Confirmation
After placing your order and successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details, invoice, and access instructions (if applicable). This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.
Eligibility
To place an order, you must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse any order without providing justification.
6. Payment Methods
Payment can be made using the payment methods indicated on our website at the time of checkout (credit card, PayPal, or other authorized methods). Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Your order will only be processed after successful payment verification.
Payment Security: All payments are processed securely through certified payment providers. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
7. Delivery and Access
Digital Products and Services
For digital products and services, delivery is immediate upon successful payment. Access credentials, download links, or in-game items will be granted automatically or sent to the email address provided during the order process.
Server Access and Features
Server access and premium features will be activated according to the timeline indicated for each product or service. In case of technical delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated activation time.
8. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
General Right
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code and applicable EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without having to provide any justification.
Exception for Digital Content
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Implementation in Checkout: When purchasing digital content with immediate delivery, you will be required to check a box acknowledging your consent to immediate delivery and explicit waiver of your right of withdrawal. This consent will be recorded with your order.
How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal (when applicable), you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw by email to contact@mythlane.com before the expiration of the 14-day period.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable withdrawal period. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Refunds may be refused for digital products that have been accessed, used, or consumed, or if the withdrawal period has expired.
10. Warranty and Conformity
We guarantee that our products and services will function substantially as described at the time of purchase. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly optimized service at all times. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (including Hytale game servers), network problems, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
Legal Warranty
You benefit from legal warranties (warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects) as provided by Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code. These legal warranties are independent of any commercial warranty we may offer.
11. Limitation of Liability for Products
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mythlane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or enjoyment. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
12. Intellectual Property
All products, services, content, graphics, logos, and trademarks displayed on our platforms are the property of Mythlane or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product or service grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it according to our Terms of Service, but does not transfer any ownership rights.
13. Personal Data Protection
The processing of your personal data in connection with your order is governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Dispute Resolution and Mediation
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, we offer a free consumer mediation service for any disputes that cannot be resolved directly:

The mediation details will be updated when e-commerce features are activated and a certified mediator is appointed.
15. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one in effect at the time you place your order. Material changes will be communicated to users before taking effect.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
